I don't think I've ever been more thrilled with a product OR a manufacturer.I ordered the bib for my grandnephews 1st birthday in August. His name [and not a common name that's made up by the hundreds!] had to be embroidered on the bib. The order went in on June 10, it was shipped on June 11, with a promise of a delivery date by June 22....and I just received it today, June 12! THREE days from start to finish!
