I live in CO and we snowboard/ski most weekends in the winter. Wore these all last season and they did great. Comfortable and look good. Lots of useful zippered pockets (not necessarily big enough for a sandwich, but good for some snacks and chapstick). They are long on me, which I don’t love when I’m walking through the slushy village, but doesn’t bother me when I’m clipped in and actively riding. Nice amount of looseness without being bulky. While they aren’t insulated and are sometimes a little cool, they are more substantial than just a shell and I always wear thermal layers underneath anyway, so they are just fine. For reference, I’m about 5’2” and weigh about 145lbs. I typically wear a woman’s small/medium, size 4-6.
